I usually go to a Jamaican Restaurant called “Jamaican Vibez” but I wanted to try a different place this time. I can honestly say I was not pleased. I got oxtail and it was not fresh. It tasted like it was from the previous day and they just heated it up. The plantains were cut into small circles instead of the long shaped plantains you typically get with oxtail. In addition, the oxtail was a dark color which wasn’t so appealing to my appetite either. Needless to say I will not be returning. I’m from Miami where there is diversity so I know about good oxtail.
Had a taste for something new so I had my husband pick me up a plate last night. Your food taste amazing!!! Coming back today had us fighting over the last oxtail.
Have given this restaurant a couple of tries, food has been too salty where you can’t even consume the food and cabbage was hard.! Waste of money..! DO NOT GO THERE......!
You know the food is good when your Haitian friend starts dancing while she eats. Resturant is very, clean and the prices are reasonable.
The food was very good. Had great service. Love the atmosphere. Will be back.
