Food was fresh, but the order was wrong and waiting times off the chart. At least a dozen people left that were waiting in line. Only 1 staff making burgers .
Food always hot, best customer service with a smile. Employees at this Burger King act like they enjoy their job. Keep up the great work. We love to stop at this Burger King!
Quick and easy. Giving it a 4 because they forgot to include cream and sugar for the coffee ordered...was taken black and that sucked for our long drive back home.
took almost over an hour to get out of there because it took forever to get the food, and the food was cold when we finally got it. workers were rude
I was at the BK on Cedar Creek Rd and had to leave before ordering. I went to the bathroom and and employee came in after me. She went in the stall with her headset gear on. When she finished she walked out the bathroom without washing her hands. I quickly opened the bathroom door and saw her returning to work through the employee door. She looked right at me. After washing my hands, I left, walked passed the window of the employee door and saw this employee preparing food. I left and went to McDonald's.
