Had a business family dinner there tonight, solid service and great food!
One of my favorite places to go! My waiter Christopher was amazing. He went above and beyond! Never waited on my drink refills and the Chicken Pot pie was one of the BEST i have ever had! Crescent rolls were fresh and hot and delicious! Definitely continue to go here!
We went to Cheddars to have lunch with a friend heading to Afghanistan. We were seated at 2pm and the drink order was taken at 2:20. The waitress disappeared for a long time. Finally, she started taking orders by 2:50. We didn't have silverware. At 3:30 we started inquiring about the orders, especially when another group came after us and was served before us. At approximately 3:50, we started receiving our meals. Orders were incomplete and we still didn't have silverware. They finally brought out plastic ware. The whole experience put a damper on an otherwise joyous occasion. It is 4:35 and we are just receiving the bill. We had an inexperienced server trying to take care of 15 diners. We did get a discount. They should use this as a training opportunity.
This place deserve zero stars I have never been to a place that is this disgusting.. The service was horrible and as a retired food inspector I would not recommend this place for any one to eat!!!! I hope that people take this post seriously.. I would not recommend this place for anyone .... Having hair in your food is unacceptable. As well as unsanitary. We also asked to speak with management and the manager showed no interest in that her customers had hair in a drink Tamisha i wish I could I haven't gotten your last name... Because I would make it my duty to see you being fired... Holding a management position you must lead by example... No wonder why the customer service is horrible.. if this lady continues the business will be closed down with out a doubt...
No longer a customer
Some of the slowest service I've ever experienced. Went twice. The last time they forgot my wife and my orders. It was around 1030 and the manager states there wasn't anything he could do but "not charge us" which made no sense due to me being receiving my salad or meal. Was there for a total of 2 hrs. Waitress checked up once after taking order. I tell everyone to stay far away from this Cheddar's.
