Great atmosphere and staff. Energy meals are my favs. They don't have a diet list but you can go for the low carb meals. Managers are great and the waitresses and waiters are the best!! The cooks are great. I always ask for the cook to come get his personal tip too.
It was a bit pricey for a single diner, but I consider it money well-spent.
Service isn't great.. Not sure if its because they are understaffed or because they work they have servers work different shifts soaybe you will get a server that has been working since 1am and will be all over. We waited to sit about 5 minutes without greeting...I had to call the main desk so someone would come to the front. Ordered regular breakfast took 15-20 to come along with no one greeting us at table (asking for drinks etc) waited a while even to order., overall everything takes so long! It was not even that full. Food was okay.. Maybe better at other competition breakfast place plus probably better service there too.
They seem to have issues with staffing even though there were quiet a few people running around. It took a while for our drink order to be taken. When we placed our food order it didn't take long to come out but it was cold. I'm not fond of cold scrambled eggs. Our pancakes took a moment longer but at least they were fresh and warm. My husband ordered his food with no hash browns but he was given the anyway. It did take forever to get the check. Our waitress was pilot and nice but they clearly need to teach their staff how to move faster. Idk maybe because I work in a very fast paced environment I understand how things should really move when it is busy. This won't be a favorite spot of ours to be visiting. Which is a shame because we are both from MA so we grew up in Danny's. Not the Danny's I know.
Twice now we have attempted to eat here and we're met with bad inattentive service at the door that led to unacceptable wait times and we left. Today we arrived at 3pm. There were very few customers and plenty of clean tables but they asked us to wait for a specific table that needed cleaning... They then proceeded to not clean it for about 10 minutes while two servers gabbed at each other and the other looked to be rushing around accomplishing nothing but apologising to us twice. We also overheard customers paying for their meal on the way out and they treated quite rudely as well. The waffle house right next door is much better. DO NOT TRY TO EAT HERE. Unless you like lots of waiting, rude employees, and poor service.
Ahh, a great experience. The food tasted great, just like I'd hoped. My waitress, Gina, seemed momentarily nonplussed at my nonstandard order, but there was no hesitation about ensuring that I received exactly what I had wanted. She dropped by a few more times for refills and dessert, but otherwise left me to my reading.
