My order was taken quickly. The wait time was minimal till my order arrived. However, they had given me the wrong sandwich. Once the mistake was brought to the staff's attention, the problem was immediately rectified and the three cent difference was credited to my charge card. Once I got the correct order, the food was delicious.
Clean, friendly staff, and well laid out store. Parking is tight but sufficient.
I never have any problems with this location, the staff are always helpful and ready to assist at a moment's notice. Anytime which I have a problem (which is rare) they always give the customer the benefit of the doubt and do their best to help the problem and reach the customer on a equal level of understanding.
Every time I come to this location, I get great food and great service
Arbys had truly changed everything. Their food is better and their customer service. The only thing I would like to see change is have the dollar menu anytime and not just 2-5 pm.
