Terrible customer service. On three Separate occasions I was rudely dismissed. Appointments scheduled without my knowledge and terrible follow up with vaccines and yearly maintenance.
Horrible answering service during after hour.
We bought a family puppy with a small "hernia" who no one wanted, however it ended up being "extensive". Not only did North Star take our call after hours and on vacation and steered us clear of an 1800$ CT scan; they did all the testing, kept him that night, did the extensive surgery inpeccably, walked us through everything, they loved him, called us daily, and sent us text messages with pictures. Best possible care and on top of that I feel like somehow they saved us thousands of dollars!!! Thank you Dr Moore, Dr Jordan, and all of the staff!!!!
A M A Z I N G!!! As long as we live here this is going to be our family veterinary clinic. Every person we saw at our visit today was great. You can tell they are animal lovers and truly care about your pet and you! They're affordable too! What a great experience!!!
