Staff is amazing! You don't have to pay to see the vet if you just need shots. Very helpful and friendly!
I have been a client of Dr Stephenson at Reilly Road Animal Hospital since the day he opened for business. I have nothing but kind words for Dr Stephenson and his friendly and highly efficient staff.
Then they charged me full price for the take home medicine and they did not even give me the full amount. They said they were out and gave me what was left and would call me when there was more. The whole point of the appointment was to come in and get more medicine, they had two weeks to make sure they had enough. Then when I called to see if I could come get the rest they said they'd call when it was ready but I haven't heard back.
The other reviews of them up selling and just wanting money are true. I never get an answer of what is wrong, they say well we can do $500 dollars worth of tests and let you. I let them do one and when I came back in I just a vague answer saying yes they are. Well ya I know my pet sick that's why I brought him in.
I am so pleased with Reilly Rd animal hospital. I have been to a few other vets in town over the duration of 15-20 years but I can honestly say this is my favorite. Communication is one of the most important concepts in a business and the girls at the front ( and in the back as well ) go the extra mile to walk you through things. Tonya and Vanessa are always sweet and patient with me, they treat Midas ( my baby ) so good and I appreciate that they never seem frustrated or rushed when talking to me, or anyone else. Thank you to ALL the staff, even the ones I haven't mentioned in this review, for taking care of us!!!!
Very kind yet professional staff. They remember you and your pets' names and claim a stake on the life time health if your pets. Dr. Stephenson is caring and honest about our pets' needs and my pets are comfortable around him and his staff.
I've been here a few times and the last was the deal breaker. They always charge me more than they say they will, they up sell everything, there are random hidden fees, and my pets end up more sick than when I brought them in. My last bill had a $5 dollar disposal fee that was not discussed with me. The shot cost way more than what I was told.
Never coming back.
