I do not recommend going here for any type of services. I took my truck for a routine oil change. This was my first time going to this particular dealership. I spoke with a lady named Tonya that handles the administrative side for services. I requested to get some other services fixed, "only" if my warranty covered them. Tonya ensured me she would call me back to let me know what was covered. Tonya called me and stated that none of the services were covered under my warranty. I then told Tonya that I just wanted the oil changed and she said okay. I called Tonya back and told her I would be picking up my truck & I asked her how much I owed. She stated $438.00!!! She told me since the warranty did not cover the other services, they charged me diagnostic fees??!!? Now, I am stuck with no vehicle for 2 weeks until I get paid. This is bad business and I have never had anything like this happen in all the places I have been stationed. ( she also stated she would NOT give me a Military Discount)
I have had a Ford and Toyota for years. The customer service departments in those two dealerships were wonderful experiences. I have yet to "feel the warmth" at Cadillac of Fayetteville and this is my third visit. I wasn't even greeted when I walked in the door last time. Also, every time I leave, I feel what's most important is that I do a good review on them. I do however appreciate the coffee and other refreshments in the waiting area but that's about it.
Great place with phenomenal staff. Do not hesitate to stop here to have your GM car serviced by the certified service technicians! Thanks again
My experience was great.. The Fayetteville Cadillac Staff were absolutely outstanding in providing satisfactory service to me and my car. I particularly would like to thank a young service person by the name of Tonya for her excellent support and advice.. One Team!!
