We had an issue with our Fiat. Although it did take a while to get it fixed Misty W. in service was excellent! She was able to provide us with a loaner car and called us with an update even when the only update was that we they were still working on it. I was really impressed with her and that she followed up after we got the car back. She was fantastic and would recommend them to anyone!
Hendrick Fiat was probably my most pleasant car-buying experience ever. Joe from the Chrysler dealership next door recognized that a Fiat was closer to what I was looking for. He walked me over, showed me a few, and handed me over to Blakelee who took every possible step to ensure I was getting what I wanted and that I was comfortable. I enjoy having a car that friends and family ask about, but I more enjoy being able to confidently point them to where I got, because I'm confident that they will have the same experience. I don't usually write a long review, but I do when a person or business stands out...and Hendrick Fiat did. If a Fiat or pre-owned car is in your near future, I would highly recommend giving them a visit.

Best car purchase experience ever! From the first call to the test drive to the selection of the vehicle to the paperwork. Allen, Lyda and Jeremy were never pushy but very attentive to my questions and the features and options I was interested in. Allen listened to what I was looking for and diligently searched out of state as well. He braved the wind and cold to go over all the features in the three models I had narrowed it down to until finally selecting my red and black 500L Lounge. Lyda braved the test drive with me on the 6 speed loaner and graciously helped me go over the car and console features as well as set all 12 of my Sirius radio settings. Jeremy (a fellow Texan) even managed to sell me a basic extended warranty even though I swore I didn't need one. I have had 100% compliments on my Lounge and I have shared that I had a 100% positive purchase experience at Rick Hendrick Fiat. Thanks guys and gal!
