1 star is generous. I went there with cash in hand. Saw a vehicle online for 19000, called ahead to tell them I was on my way. Showed up and they valued my trade in and said they would only give me $2000 and wouldn't sell me the car because I would have had $2000 negative equality on my trade. So they wanted me to finance $2000. Stupid !!!! Then every time my wife would ask a question the car salesman would answer while looking at me and showed her no akbowlegement even though this was her car. Extremely poor costumer service.
I went to Acura dealership in Fayetteville looking for the MDX. One of the sales rep showed me the vehicle and I found the same exact car 5 thousand dollars cheaper about 1:30 away from Fayetteville. I let the sales rep know the deal I got from other dealership and he said with no hesitation “ you better get that deal” and he walked away. I left the dealership and went to the other dealership and the treatment was amazing. Very professional and competitive prices. This dealerships here in Fayetteville thinks that because you are the n the military, you are rich. Acura dealership is an example of that.

My sales manager was Mr. William Ellis of VOLVO and his supervisor Mr. Dean Russel. I was honored by their courteous, always respectful communication. They did everything to make my transaction smooth, easy and less time consuming.
My car was totalled :( so I came here to test drive the Acura RDX. I told the sales man (I don't know his name but he told me he was from Canada) about my accident and that I was driving a rental. Clearly I wasn't playing around and I needed a car! I was very specific about what type of vehicle I wanted but he kept trying to put me in something that I told him I was not interested in several times. I don't know of it was because I wasn't ready to purchase that day, young, a female, or if it was because I am minority. Regardless of why, I was completely dismissed. I asked for prices several times but was given the same answer, "I don't know". I asked if I could look at 3 vehicles. He told me he couldn't find the keys and came back with keys to others that I already told him I wasn't interested in. He wrote my name on a scratch sheet of paper and pushed me out the door like a little who down in whoville. He never even called to follow up. What type of salesman doesn't follow up with potential customers. I'm grateful because I ended up finding what I wanted elsewhere for thousands cheaper. The salesman at the new place knew I wasn't ready to make a decision that same day but he showed me vehicles anyway and when I was ready, I went back and purchased one from him. Thanks you for the poor service here, it saved me a ton of money.
