We were very pleased at the stellar customer service provided by our Service Advisor, Donna! She was awesome in making sure we were updated on the status of the vehicle from the beginning to the end. She took time to explain the importance of the recommended repairs. I can only imagine how busy Service Advisors can get, but to know that she took time out of her schedule to keep us informed every step of the way, means a lot. It is loyal customer service that keep us coming back. I would recommend family and friends to this dealership.

So, I went to a half dozen dealerships prior to pulling the trigger on an deal with Lafayette Ford. I did as much research as I could, and had all my ducks in a row. I got in a accident in my Ford Fiesta in October and my car was totaled. My insurance company gave me a rental for only a certain amount of time to use. I went up there the same day and as soon as he showed me what he picked out for me I was so amazed that he go everything I wanted down to the color, cruise control, Bluetooth capability, the interior color, and it also has dual ac controls. Mr. Austin has everything ready to go for me I wasn’t even there an hour and he got everything done. He had the car cleaned out and everything before I even got there. He is very family friendly, understandable, and respectful. He definitely knows what he’s doing when it comes to customer Service and car buying. You relieved a lot of my stress of not having another car to get me and my kids around and you pulled through and gave me what I wanted.
