I have gotten 3 cars from them and I have had nothing but great customer service I have had nothing go wrong with any of them we have had our SUV for 4 years and had my first Honda for about 2 and my newest one for about a year there has been no problems with them

I do not know of any other better dealership in this Town. Mike and his Staff are outstanding and what you see is what you pay. Zero interest for 12 months, and normally anywhere to a $1000.00 to $2000.00 under book value. I am on the phone with Google right now because someone got into my account, and I'm guessing it was my Step Brother and did a Negitive Review on this dealership. Their like Family there to me, and have always helped me in anyway they could. I did not write no ugly Review on this Company. I defend this dealership against ANYBODY that says something ugly about them. Every time I've ever needed a vehicle to drive they Blessed me with a way to go. If I bought something from there they give me a Loaner. Not because they have to because they treat me like Family. If you can't get along with this dealership you can't get along with anyone. Again I am trying to correct whomever got into my account and did a Negitive Review under my name. My Mother always told me if you can't say something good about someone or somebody to keep your mouth shut. So to Mike and the Staff at Hope Motors Inc, Fayetteville NC, I apologise for any Negitive Review that someone did under my name. Again I'm on hold with Google trying to fix the problem. I've never lied to this dealer or anyone there, nor have they done that to me. Again Mike and His Family have treated me just like I was and am one of them. There's not a high enough rating for me to say how well this dealership works with it's customers,,, Especially me. Through the hardship I'm going through they've been there for me in every way. Again Mike you know me well enough to know I'd never say nothing ugly about your dealership. You know me better than that. While I've been waiting on my Social Security to get straight and seeing my wife through cancer they've been there for us. I'm on the phone now with Frances getting this mistake fixed with Google. There's nothing ugly I could ever say about this Dealership. They've fed me, and have helped me help my Wife, my Dad, and my girls, and myself and I couldn't say enough good things about them. My girls even call the owner Mike, Uncle. So to whomever wrote this under my name I'm going to find out. Thank You Hope And Mike and Ali for being so good to my family and I. If ANYBODY has something ugly to say about this Dealership,, it's because they didn't pay there bill or car note, because I've never seen a company so willing to help unless you make them not too. I've known these folks for over 14 years. They've been been good to me.
Put almost 3,000 down and had it for 2 months and I've done paid for a new alternator starter fuel pump thermostat and had the transmission repaired. They sell trash. Now they're trying to repo it. They're gonna pay me for my parts before they get it back. Trust and believe I repo for a living you'll never find it. Its locked in a garage with cameras and security
