Reserved time and date online for services. Was told not able to get a loaner vehicle because you have to call in to get that option. Now waiting for a friend to pick me up and will spend more money to rent a car. This is trash service from whats supossed to be a great "bmw" service. Wont come back
I made an appointment four weeks out and a week prior I call to request for a loaner vehicle and was informed they did not have any (okay, fine) available the day of my appointment. I asked the rep how long would the oil change service take and was informed it would take 45 minutes. However that was far from the truth because my husband waited on my car for 8 hours!!!! Common Sense would tell you if you have a customer waiting in the lobby that's only getting a oil change perhaps you might front load that customer!!! Not to mention the appointment was made four weeks in advance! This dealership never even offered a ride home nor any sort of apology for the inconvenience! I will never use this dealership again!!! It is NOT worth using this dealership due to their convenient location near Bragg!!!
I just bought two BMW there yesterday. Brings my total cars purchased this year to 12 (no, that's not a typo). So I know a lot of dealerships and I can say that I was totally impressed with the team here. Bryan the sales manager can make even tough deals happen, Kassie from finance is very professional and Victor the salesman pleasant and hard working. A+++

Lacks Customer Service! I have used this BMW dealership on several occasions however the customer service is very inconsistent, but I've yet to have a good experience. I only continued to deal with the bad service due to the location convenient near Fort Bragg. But this last experience was the icing on the cake!!!!
They do great work. It's pricey but you get what you pay for
