The lady in customer service Jenifer was really rude and not helpful to customers and also saw her being rude to some of her coworkers. She also said it would take 30 minutes for a jump but after waiting about 10 minutes and asking Another staff it was done in two seconds. She was not very welcoming or helpful at all.
We received great customer service and didn't feel like we were "pushed" into getting additional services. I love their new texting feature, too!
