Worst customer service ever! The service is horrible. I've taken my vehicle in for the same problem over five times and it's a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruz. They don't notate their paperwork properly when you tell them what's going on with the vehicle. They crashed my vehicle and ended up having to fix it. The service manager basically calles you a liar when you have a problem with your vehicle and treats you like you're stupid. Listen I know I'm a woman but when I see a check engine light on my vehicle I know somethings wrong and when my Chevy app says that the vehicles having engine and transmission problems I'm taking my vehicle in. I made the biggest mistake going to this dealership please do not go there Save yourself the headache they sell lemons. I also put a down payment down on the vehicle and they charged my GM points they were supposed to give me a reimbursement check it's been four months and I haven't seen it yet. I useto be a Chevy lover I should've listened to my coworker and gone down to the Honda dealership because she's had the same problem with them with Redlier Chevy.
