I recently purchased a replacement part and had no clue how to install it; I called Stuart asking for suggestions- he told me to swing by and he would be happy to help me out. They had it replaced in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me. It's great having a place you can trust and even better to have a positive experience about a wonderful local establishment to tell your friends about!
I've been here twice now and I'm seriously considering switching all my car care needs from Firestone to them...mostly because Firestone seems to love making customers wait (three hours to get an oil change? Seriously?). The AAMCO folks seem to get customer service and they talk to you like a person, which in my book counts for a lot. (And for those that wonder, yes, they keep my sports car running smoothly...that counts for a lot too!)
Top-notch customer service! I got an oil change and had some repairs done a few months ago and the guys couldn't have been nicer or more thorough.
Great service each time I visit, I have gone to other places with a cheaper price and end up spending more money to have it corrected. I have never had to come back due to improper work. Highly recommended!
The sweet gentlemen at AAMCO generously helped me when I was in a spot. They efficiently fixed the broken hinge of my hatch glass so that I could keep driving safely. I am so appreciative of their kindness and look forward to returning next week for maintenance on the other hinge!

Aamco could have changed them and charged me a bunch of money and I would have had no idea and gone about my life. But they had the decency to call me and let me know that their services were not needed! That has literally never happened to me before.

I went in for my 60k mile service (easily a $400 job). I received a call an hour later saying that they had checked the fluids before replacing them, and determined I didn't need them done because they were like new! (I had recently bought my car, so the dealership must have changed them)
