I would give half a star if possible. Chose these guys as they are located across the street from my place of work and ended up paying $65 for an undetermined diagnosis. During my commute to work, my truck started skipping and knocking. I was informed that I would be charged $65 for diagnosis and $80/hr for labor. And if they could not find anything that the diagnostic fee would be waived. As I wanted to weigh my options I asked to be notified before any work was to be performed. That request they did honor and the same day I was told that the issue was beneath my valve cover and it would be another $350 to further determine what was wrong. As this was my only mode of transportation and I work Mon-Friday, I figured I would take the hit and agreed hoping that it might only be a loose screw on a rocker arm. I brought it in Monday morning at approximately 7:30 AM and the following Friday before Hurricane Matthew, they said they still hadn't gotten to it. I figured by this time I would take the opportunity to trailer it off and fix it myself. When I was informed that I owed $65 for his time I asked what was done. He told me he hooked the computer up (Advance will do this for free), BUT he forgot to write down what was wrong. Said he recalled one cylinder misfiring on left bay. To avoid further conflict I paid and later popped off the valve cover only to find that there are no rocker arms and that it had dual overhead cams with shim packs. And you want to know what the best part is? The electrode fell out of my spark plug. All I needed was a spaaaarrrrrk pluuuug! Just saying next time I’ll check the spark plug before I remove valve covers. I prefer to be positive, but I have to be honest and let you know that from my experience these guys will try to burn holes in your pockets hands over fist if you let them and I hate they lost my business for $65. Others at the office said they've never had any issues so maybe it wasn't my day or maybe they're just not good with toyotas.

I needed work done on my cooling system and they did a great job. They were fast and friendly not to mention decently priced. I will definitely go back to them when I need to have more work done.
