I took my 1968 Buick Riviera in to the Raeford Road Meineke shop for a brake overhaul, new spare tire, and transmission filter and fluid change. I and my car were treated with the greatest respect and I was kept informed about the progress of the work by the owners Don, Michael. I am very happy with the service I received and I would highly recommend the shop for any brake and exhaust work needed.
The shop wrongfully charged me twice for services I received, which resulted in my bank account being overdrawn. The shop refused to immediately refund the wrongful charges stating I will have to wait 10 days

I will firstly say that I am a tech at this Meineke. I have been here almost 3 months and have yet to witness the claims some people have said. We test test test and when we find something we bring it to the attention of the customer. Then if the customer agrees to the price and services needed we move forward.
