They are pretty decent Auto repair shop but if you have problems they might charge you for things you don't need. I've been taking my truck up there for years with a check engine light and they keep having me change this that and the other and not ever fixing the check engine light they do something so I can get by with my inspection but they never fix it. We are not going to be going back to them anymore , feel like they've been charging me for Parts I didn't need because they never fix the problem.
Both vehicles passed the inspection at the next shop they were taken.
This shop USED to be on point, for the last few years it's been going down pretty bad. I won't return and wouldn't recommend anyone to this establishment.
* Same situation with a Honda element. They passed the vehicle one year and the following Failed it.

I will never spend money here again. First experience was terrible. Created more problems than it solved, and got absolutely no cooperation to fix the problems they created.
* Multiple occasions with different vehicles will pass your inspection and the following year the same vehicle will FAIL due to tints. Stock Brand new untouched 2016 Tacoma.
Go elsewhere, don't waste your time or money.
* Charge you for random stuff that had nothing to do with your visit there and don't help with the problem you arrived with.
I went in & asked for a oil change. I told them the make/model of my car & told them my car took regular oil. They looked my car up in their system & told me it didn't & that it took synthetic. I tried telling the man what my dealership has been putting into my car for the last 2 years, REGULAR OIL!!!!! How is your system gonna tell me what was put in it. The Nissan dealership i bought it from told me twice when i called they used regular oil!!!!!! They wanted to charge me for synthetic which is like $30 more than regular. The blonde receptionist gave me a very rude dirty look as she sat in her chair while the man spoke with me. That was very unprofessional as well. That's okay went to Ed's auto care & they took care of me for only $27!!! That's better then $57 Harrell's was trynna charge! Go to Ed's
Took my car here for oil change and state inspection. great customer service and was in-n-out in 1 hour. Thanks Guys!
