Had two tires replaced they originally quoted me $480. Once I picked car up price went to $580. Once I started guestioning them price dropped to $518. Had to take car back because tire they replaced kept leaking. Waited over 1 and half for this. Took three other customers who showed up after me. At least they ddint charge me for this.
I knew I needed new tires before we left, but the service man said we were lucky to have made it back without a blow-out. I went to pay for the plug and the manager said not to worry about it, just get new tires before we got killed.
We were on our way back from Florida when a nail pierced our tire. It was a Friday evening and just about every other shop was closed. And AAA was an hour and a half wait. These gentlemen were kind enough to commit to stay there until we arrived; we were on I95 about 20 minutes from their location.
Staff was a tad rude when I came in. Didn’t even explain a coupon I had to use. Just didn’t accept it. Saw my car lifted and dropped 2 times while a woman who came in after me car was done in 10 minutes while I have been waiting 45 after having an appointment. Another man who came in after me car was done before mine as well while I watched mine continue to be lifted and dropped. The wait wouldn’t bother me if staff wasn’t as rude and explained what they were doing since I only came in for a simple oil change
Their kindness completely stunned my 14 year old daughter and we left there determined to pay it forward.
By the time we arrived, outhe tire was practically flat and my poor daughter was practically in a panic. I am embarrased to admit I lost the names of the men that helped us, but they were so helpful, honest and efficient, I don't ever think I will forget their faces.

These guys were very fair in their pricing and gave me an honest review of the products. I was looking to buy a set of four tires for a fwd car that I had just purchased. I expressed that I was looking for a good price, but didn't want something that was so cheap it would not last or be reliable. They ended up selling me their lowest priced tires and expressing that they are still decent instead of trying to pitch me a line and get a bigger sale. They also offered me a free oil change with that purchase and gave me a reasonable estimate on work I may need (brakes) in the future. I don't have a real solid knowledge of tires or auto shops in general, but I do appreciate quality customer service and these guys were great.
