My husband and I have had fairly good services from Mikes shop, with the exception of one incident with a bad diagnosis of a air conditioner compressor needing to be replaced for $675, and it did not work more than two days. Or if it did, they installed a bad one, because it never worked and I never had the work redone or refunded. To make matters more insulting, he acknowledged that he put it a bad unit. So, that said, he does good work for the most part. Don't leave your car with him, he will keep it for weeks, and he never ever answers his company phone. You will have to drive all the way to Hope Molls just to find out, your cars not ready. That's not cool at all. GET your warranty in writing.. Otherwise, He's wonderful!!
My husband car has been here going on 5 months now. Every other day he tells me and him both, TOMORROW, and that was 4 months ago. Its came down to me getting a statement in wringing saying when the car was going to be ready and that was written on the statement.. Its not two weeks later So I'm not sure what is going on but seems to me that he takes the easy jobs that come in after a vehicle has been sitting and waiting and he pushes the hard jobs back. After he has already been paid. He even took the balance owed which was due AT PICK UP!!!! just because he see the frustration but my point is, if it is not going to be ready TOMORROW don't keep telling the customers that is going to be ready TOMORROW!! BAD BUSINESS!!

We love this shop, Michael and his crew are very honest, don't charge an arm and a leg for repairs, and even though they are extremely busy, they always manage to fit us in when we call. My husband won't take his Classic Range Rover anywhere else in town.
