The staff is nice and friendly. They explain everything they are going to do and they keep you updated on your repair. They worked with my insurance so there was nothing for me to do. The repair turned out great. Would highly recommend!! Going to tell all my friends and family.
Everyone at Gerber collision was professional, courteous, and efficient. They were able to get my car in immediately and had the work completed flawlessly in half the time that other collision shops told me it would take! Jennifer and John worked very effectively with my insurance company and communicated with me the entire time, making it the most pleasant and ideal experience I could have asked for. The service was good and the work done was better. What they need to improve is to tell the real situation when called. When the car is not ready as planned, please inform the client.
107 days and my car STILL isn't fixed... Then they directed me to the dealership. The dealership had NO idea who I was. USAA said Gerber was supposed to be fixing it. I can't afford this..
