Bought a set of tires for my truck last year from this Pep Boys, I recently took it in to have the tires rotated and a nail taken out of one of my tires. They were very quick and prompt to get everything taken care of. A week later I was ready to leave for a road trip and noticed the tire they had repaired was low and not holding air. I stopped in to see if it could be a quick repair and I was told that it would be a couple hours before they could get to it. So I decided to leave to see if another Pep Boys could fit me in and get it done so I could get on the road. Roger was very quick to fit me in and the other Roger was very quick to repair the tire so I could get on the road. I have had nothing but great service from this Pep Boys and Roger has always been very helpful! Thanks again for the great service! I will definitely be buying my tires for my car here in the near future.
Don't leave many reviews, but was a pleasure doing business with these guys..Katherine is great engaging with the customers (even after I gave her a hard time) and Roger makes sure everything is running smoothly. Service time was excellent, I'll definitely be back...
I heard this clicking when I would break at a slow speed. Another car repair shop, told me they didn’t hear it and sent me away...I honestly thought I was going crazy. I brought it to this Pep Boys, not only did they find the clicking and fix it but took the time to explain it to me. Told me if I had any issues go being it right back in. Anthony and Roger...thank you so much for fixing the issue and being patient with me. I love my local Pep Boys!
I have visited this Pep Boys many times. Each visit I have experienced excellent service. My car is always ready in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and professional. I have had an oil change, tires rotated, brakes, and other services performed at this location.
I had a nail in my tire and had tried fix a flat and all of that to help my tire out. My light kept coming on for low tire pressure so I said I'd just get a new tire. I went in and everyone was super friendly and nice. I remember Andrew helped us out and told us they could just fix the hole for a lot cheaper. There was a lady working at the desk too that helped but I do not remember her name unfortunately! The manager also left an air freshener in my car when they were done and with a letter.
I think it's small things like that which truly make a difference. Ironically enough, I was just thinking about getting an air freshener but they gave me some complimentary. I will be coming back for anything I need in the future!
