Ok, I do not usually speak badly about the places but this time I think it's fair, okay, I have a denali yukon and I took it to get the alignment done, after two months the abs light and traction control turned on and the truck vibrated a lot And thought to take it to the shop, when the mechanic Inspect the truck discovered that the upper arms from where it is adjusted for the alignment were completely loose the "mechanics at sears" "they forgot to tighten and Caused a lot damage, so I took the truck Back to sears to tell them what happened to the "" mechanics of sears "" and they told me the damage was not caused by the mistake of the "" mechanics "" ,They gave me my money back and I got my truck back in very poor condition really bad and misaligned, I have the support of the other shop that discovered the fault of sears and with lawyer I'm going to take to court I have evidence of videos and damages And how I got the truck back They damaged my truck and put my family at risk I do not recommend them for anything, be careful I will put my videos and photos on you tube for you to watch
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I took my car to get the thermostat replaced which was supposed to be a 2 hour job, is now going on day 3 without my car. I called to talk to a manager and he wouldn't come to the phone. I will never bring my car here again.
Usually don’t review things but this has by far been my worst auto experience by far.
Neutral rating because I purchased the tires online for a good sale, but was told the service to install and the lifetime alignment would take around 90 minutes, no problem being that it's located in the mall help to occupy the time. However, the sales associate stated another 30 minutes, okay no big deal. Approach the desk, and now told another 15 minutes while the associate walk in the garage to speak with the mechanic to start the alignment. Sadly, the associate had to keep walking in the garage each of my approach to what seems like, motivate the mechanic to complete the job. The service was completed so far with no issues, however the long wait is unsatisfactory if you do not meet the promise time.
I needed and alignment and 3 tires done. The estimated time was an hour and a half. I get that it takes a while to get everything done but I was there from 1430 until almost 1900! It took four and a half hours to complete. I lost out on work, and my precious time. My wife had to take an Uber home, and the next day my tire lights came on indicating something was wrong. Would not recommend this auto center to anyone.
no customer service experience at all. The employees at the front desk are good but don’t go beyond that front desk. The manager at Sears in Fayetteville, NC. says his name is Mr B and he’s ‘B’ as in ‘bad’ customer care. He doesn’t care to listen to the customer at all. HE broke the sensor on my tire & wanted me to pay to replace it. I purchased 2 new tires & but left with more damage on my car. He broke the sensors on the tires after replacing 2 tires. Now the sensor light comes on. I never had a problem until I brought it to SEARS....I would NOT recommend Sears Auto Center in Fayetteville to anyone!!
