Won't be going back for grooming. The establishment itself is nice and the staff was kind. HOWEVER, if I am paying you over $80 to groom and de-shed my GSD, and I specifically ask if he will be dried completely (to which you respond "YES"), then I shouldn't come to pick him up still wet. It was nice of you to offer to dry him some more, but he still wasn't completely dry when I left. A waste of time and money. Something I could've just done at my house, but don't have the time. If you want your dog bathed and not dried, save your time and money and go to Ambassador and they will give you just that for $30. Absolutely unacceptable.
Very clean place, you would never know they have dogs there. Friendly staff. Fantastic place for pups to play!
Excellent customer service and I know my dogs are in good hands when I drop them off for boarding. My dogs always get so excited when they get dropped off for boarding, because they love coming to PetStarz. One time dropping them off I was delayed at work, and missed the drop-off by 15 minutes. They waited for me and still let me drop the dogs off for the long weekend. Scheduling is very easy, and can squeeze the dogs in during busy weekends. Over all, I am extremely happy with PetStarz and it is the only boarding I will use for my dogs.
Great place for dogs to socialize and become more friendly. However, they get one star because the owner is incredibly rude to her staff and she treats them like garbage. Incredibly unprofessional. The staff quality is decreasing and they have no clue what they are doing anymore. If anyone tries to work here, run for the hills.
The only reason I have to give it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of the bad customer service experience I had for my one visit. As soon as i raised some questions from the visit the owner got very defensive and started blaming everyone but herself. The employees took great care of my dogs and the facility seems to be great and I will use them again if I need to. I'll revisit my review if I end up going there again.
UPDATE: The manager did contact me and was very professional. Offered a full refund or to redo the groom correctly. I really appreciated this as a customer.
