Beautiful venue for weddings and parties.
Overall, the wedding reception was beautiful and the venue is beautiful; however, it's is completely mismanaged. I would not advise someone to ever utilize this venue until new management has been put in place!

My sister had her wedding reception at this venue in early July 2016. While it ended up looking beautiful (thanks to our other vendors), the customer service we experienced was severely lacking. We rented out the upstairs and downstairs and paid extra to be able to get in the day before for an extended period of time in order to setup. The management at this venue rented out the upstairs for the night before the wedding without our knowledge, which resulted in us being unable to setup the upstairs of the reception until the day of. The grounds were in shambles. The father of the groom and father of the bride had to bring their own equipment to manicure and clean the sidewalks.
It was a nice place it's where we had our Christmas party and had some interesting things for the event but it's very pricey for what you get
The day before the wedding, the mother of the bride spoke to one of the managers at the venue and arranged for some of us to come at 12:30 (as opposed to 2 pm, which was what was previously established), in order to make up for missed time setting up due to the upstairs being rented the night before. When our family members arrived on Saturday at noon, they were informed that there was a wedding rehearsal taking place in the upstairs location and they would have to wait. Once they were finally let in, the prep kitchen area was fithy with most of the equipment not in working order. The upstairs handrails (looking out into the downstairs) was covered in dust and dead bugs.
