Front desk reception is pleasant, but that is where the level of service ends. As a property owner, we've had to do much of the work and stay on top of issues. We could not be more dissatisfied with the level of service. Updates, basic service, and annual walk-throughs are only completed if you call and insist upon it. Emails are ignored and pushed aside. Don't expect hands on customer service with this company. Even the broker seems indifferent to customer needs.
I had a terrific experience here. The realtor sold my father a home when I was 11 and now 18 years later helped me find the perfect home. The realtor took the time to explain the entire process to me, essentially teaching me real-estate 101 crash course. Extremely pleasant and patient, made us feel like family... You won't be disappointed.
