Never had an issue with Grant-Murray until I recieved my deposit back. I was charged for one blind being messed up on a set of venetian blinds. I was also charged for a set of blinds in my daughters room that were messed up upon my move in 5 years ago. I was also charged for bulbs not being in the outside porch light. Which is bogus!!! While I resided there for 2 months upon my move out date I essentailly was paying for one bathroom although the residence had 2 full baths. The owner decided he wasnt going to fix my toilet in one bathroom and my shower in my master bedroom. So he was still recieving his rent but not wanting to fix the issue. Well once i brought those issues up again i was told I had 30 days to move. So no I was not going to clean no carpet. During my move out a door was damaged but I did go out and purchase a new door for the residence. However I was not happy with how the situation was dealt with and I should have recieved more of my deposit.
