Emilie Sevcik is Amazing! I was working with a realtor through another company who made me miss out on a home I really wanted because her response time sucked. I actually stumbled upon Emilie while simply inquiring about an old listing that I noticed was still vacant. Emile went above and beyond, working with me and an out of state seller. She helped me close on a house in less than a month. She definitely dedicated 100% of her time to making the process as painless as possible for me..available days,evenings, and weekends. She was always kind, and never frustrated despite the fact that my time limit and the out of state seller situation was very complex. I can't say enough good things about Emilie. If you want an Excellent realtor who will get you what you want Emilie Sevciks is your girl!
By far one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered purchasing anything ever! We were looking at purchasing land on a CASH deal and were referred here by our original realtor. we worked with not 1 but 2 agents and would hear absolutely nothing for weeks at a time until we contacted them. After finding out that we could NOT purchase the land we wanted due to the seller they made no effort what so ever to find another property that would peak our interest. This has been a year in the making and today after more than 2 months of no contact with 1 agent and 4 with the other I contacted them and told them we would purchase property we found on our own accord. Their response was "best wishes" this tells me they are aware of their neglect and had no defense to even try to save themselves. I can NOT in good conscience recommend that anyone, family, friend, or other purchase anything from them in the future. I hope they take this as a learning experience for current customers because they have lost this one for life!
