To be honest, they did not start off on a high note. All of a sudden I started getting routine inspections, service reminders, updates on repairs. Been with them for about 3 years now and it seems like things are going to be alright.
Horrible experience. We've been renting for 6 years and have never been treated this poorly. They made promises and failed to deliver. They were slow to respond to service needs and gave us an accusatory tone for any service call we made. They do not value good renters and take the side of the homeowner no matter the situation although the renters are the ones paying the bills.

Very disappointed; this page won't allow zero or negative stars. Bought a new construction home in 2010 from them. They never honored the the 12 month builder's warranty for any of the 18 homes in the sub-division. That's right, left us hanging. Made promises to follow up, but never intended to do so. Stay away from this company.
