This was our very first experience in selling a house, and Lisa Duffy was an absolute god send.
As someone who's never sold a home before, we contacted Lisa and asked for her advice. Ms. Duffy quickly came to visit the property and was well prepared with comps and suggestions for the home. She was very professional and explained everything to where we could understand what was going on. Never, at any point did I feel uncomfortable or misled, as we truly felt that Ms. Duffy had our best intentions at heart.
For most people, selling a home is a incredibly stressful time, but Ms. Duffy's professionalism, advice and well thought out game plan made this experience incredibly smooth and an even easier transaction.
In the coming months, we will be selling our home as well, as we are headed West. After such an amazing experience, Ms. Duffy will be our agent again for this sale.
Our house went under contract in two weeks, and closed a few short weeks later.
beautiful home just post
Once all the updates and renovations were complete, she hired a photographer who took the most amazing pictures of the home. Honestly, the house had never looked so beautiful.
The ads were promptly posted and the showings started pouring in. Every time a showing was scheduled, she would pass along any feedback that was left. Between the phone calls and text messages, we heard from Ms. Duffy several times a week.
Your company has succeeded in every aspect. Lisa Duffey was very professional and went above the call to help sell my property. I would highly recommend her to friends or family needing real estate services. Job well done.
I do not leave reviews often, but I am only leaving this one to help out future home sellers. I had a terrible experience with selling our home. I know that selling a home does not happen when you would like it too, and we were well aware of that before listing and we're open minded about the process. Our issue is the lack of communication with our realtor and her lack of interest with us as her clients. My husband is military and is no longer stationed here so we put our house up for sale with Charlene Frazier. She seemed very communicative until we signed the listing with her. She knew our family was living apart and that we would do whatever it took to sell the house. I would constantly have to contact her to see how our house was doing in the changing market and if there was anything we could do to to sell it. When she said we were too high and houses were selling in our neighborhood, my first thought was why wouldn't she have contacted us to tell us that maybe we should lower our price... So I told her to lower the price of the house. She said she would and that it would be in the paper again in a week. Well, it was listed in the paper again, but the price was the same she never lowered it! So I checked the Keller Williams website to see what it was listed there, and to our shock our house wasn't even listed on their website, after three months on the market! I tried contacting her and she didn't get back to me till a week later, saying she was out of town and we should have been contacted by her assistant. I asked for her assistants information so I could work with her on the issue and nothing... I still believe her "assistant" is a mythical creature. I told her on several occasions the lack of communication was unsettling. She only contacted me maybe four times(in six months!!) three of those were for showings(she personally only showed our house one out of the three), then contacted me to say that she got an email saying someone needed a rental that fit perfectly with our house. We were open to anything so our family could be together again, we had a newborn and my husband was missing out on so much. I contacted the rental company and they told me my house would have been a perfect fit, except that family found something weeks ago when they sent out the original email to Charlene. So needless to say we missed that opportunity. I emailed her to let her know she dropped the ball again, and never received a response. Finally when our contract date was up, I contacted her to see when the key lock and sign would be removed from our premises... "By tmw" was her response.(which didn't happen) And then I asked if we needed to sign anything or anything to have our house removed from the listings etc.... "No it's automatic" was her last response.(which also didn't happen) She obviously could care less she lost her company a listing or herself a client. Over all, this was the worst experience, I encourage you to find a different realtor.
We can't be any more thankful for the 5 star job she has done for us, and we will be recommending her every chance we get!
