Cynthia Grimsley is not only a horrible person but she is bipolar, she is a slum landlord and I pray that nobody ever rents from this bitter person, I'm looking at her reviews and I see other people say the same thing, nobody has nothing nice to say about her mean self. She does not stand behind her property, she don't fix things and on top of all that she is CRAZY, don't waste your time or your money I hope they shut her down. She has a heart for nothing or no one.....
This lady is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT RENT or have any dealings with her. She showed us a house that was roach infested and in such terrible shape that it should not be for rent. I was appalled that she would even try to attempt to rent that dump out. This house is on Stansfield Street and it is terrible. If the owner authorized that property and company to manage it, they’re just as dumb as her. STAY AWAY from the realtor!!!
The house we lived in was roach infested and falling apart. She did not care and she's a liar. She would refuse to send people out for work orders and if and when she did she would send the wrong person! (I.e. we needed our outlets fixed and she sent a painter) she would credit our rent checks to other accounts or claim that she "lost" them and threaten to take us to court (good thing we kept our receipts). We had to call the city on her TWICE!(you would think after the first time she would get it together) I would never recommend her to anybody, in fact I tell people not to go to her. And if any sellers are reading this do NOT allow her to manage your home, you will regret it.
All of the other people on the reviews are right. Take A her time to fix thing. Took 7 months to get a toilet replaced which she sent several people and wanted the cheapest deal and it still was not fixed properly. The house is falling apart day by day. She changed the dates on work orders so it gives her more times. Also put the rent in when she wants, we pay our rent on the 26-30 of each month but she doesn't put it in to the 5th or 6th and will try to charge you a late fee. You can't talk to the owner of the house which is not stated anywhere on the lease but she refused because she doesn't want to get in trouble. DO NOT rent from this woman or her realty company or Terry McBryde because he seems like a down to earth person but you will be stuck with Cynthia and her lies.
Regret ever Leasing with them. Horrible service and very unreasonable. They only want your money. You can pay faithfuly for a year and they will still be unreasonable. They also don't take cash, card, or check. Only offical checks or money orders because they're too cheap to pay for a card pinpad. Soldiers beware.
