This is the most unproffesional and ratchet popeyes yet. Nicole W and Antonio have some real problems...they messed up my order and I called to inform them. They took it upon theirselves to give me free food...all I asked for was the 1...count it...1 piece of chicken they shorted me. All I asked was IF they could. ilI never demanded or screamed or used a vulgar tongue...however I might as well have done so because antonio and the other managers allow their staff to harass customers...for their own mistakes. The girls up there pal around and screw around...also known as time theft...that management is allowing...so again Antonio didn't take his position serious enough to train his employees to treat all customers with EQUAL respect...especially when your workers and company IS and WAS at fault. It is completely ridiculous that someone messes up an order then act like a hood rat chicken head everytime I drive up to PAY into their PAYCHECKS. I will be going in to file harassment claims with the corporate level and hipefully Nicole W and Antonio learn their lessons. Popeyes needs to get their stores in order and hold them accountable for their actions.
