Worst rental service I have ever incountered. The front desk was always forgetting absolutely everything. It took them 10months to fix the lock on my door and put a billion and one excuses. There were work orders I put in that were never checked on and they always blamed in on the maintaines guys but I’m pretty sure they are so disorganized that they would forget. When I deployed I checked on the adress I was leaving behind for my deposit 3 times to make sure they had the correct one. 2 months later they still hadn’t sent my deposit. When I got a family member to call. They lied and said they had my old adress. I had checked on it 3times... how are you going to lie. But anyways. My family Member gave them her adress and one month and a half later from that... still no deposit. I can’t tell you how many times I was told I was getting “called back” and never did. Worse rental experience ever.
The rental side of this company was awesome. They kept my home rented and maintained.
Very excellent company to work with for military. They understand the uncertanties and last minute changes. Transition in and out of the area didn't include any worries, the staff handled everything and winnowed my part down to signing a couple of forms.
When I decided to sell my home was when I encountered the worst service I've ever had. The realtor stated that he was one of the brokers(I hope not!!). He was more concerned about how much I owed on my home instead of how much I wanted to sell my home for. I didn't feel this was any of his business. I only wanted him to do the comps and give me his suggestion on a list price for my home. When I told him this the next thing I know he called to say they would not list my property. I had already decided not to use them but I have never had worse service. It was just aweful.
I rented from this company the people here are nice but I had a problem with the secondary party it was nonstop problems. The realtor was good at relaying messages when I would tell them about problem I was having. I was discriminated against by the secondary party. I'm Mexicanand in my family three of us drive but I have 4 cars two are mine and the others are my mothers. Well long story short we supposedly had 4 family living in my rental house. Plus the secondary party didn't want to fix nothing
